Greenfield community development — high-end public realm and external environment works.
Delivery of very complex, high-finish natural stone paving works as part of a new community development.
Works formed a key visual and functional component of the public realm, supporting future shops, cafes, restaurants, and community spaces.
Use of multiple natural stone paving products (approximately 6–10 different stone types)
Requirement for paving to appear completely random, with no visible pattern
No fixed laying pattern provided by designers — outcome driven by visual quality rather than drawings
Heavy natural stone kerbs requiring mechanical handling and precise placement
High aesthetic expectations as the work formed the primary visual finish for the development

We worked closely with the designers to interpret the visual intent rather than follow a predefined pattern, managing stone placement carefully to ensure colour variation and spacing achieved the desired random appearance.
Stone selection and positioning were continuously reviewed on site, with sections lifted and adjusted where required to meet visual expectations. Heavy kerbs were installed using machinery to ensure correct alignment, support, and long-term performance.
All works were delivered through Pavecraft’s full management, operations, and site delivery teams, ensuring consistency from planning through to completion.
